How long have you and your family lived in South Dakota?

Where did you do your NSF REU?

Why are you looking to apply to schools that far away from your home state? Have you talked with anyone at Minnesota, Creighton, Marquette, Southern Illinois, Iowa? I'm looking regionally, but being someone from a state without a dental school, check regionally if they take applicants from your state into account.
