Overall, what you have described as hours doesn't total up to a lot: 217 clinical + 65 shadow + 85 non-clinical. I'll guess a decent number of research hours, but what activities were you most active in throughout your undergraduate? It doesn't look like you have any that you immersed yourself in.

I was at 400 hours of research. I also did about 50 hours of TAing. About 150 hours of tutoring for athletes, did about 50 hours in student government. I would definitely say my three most meaningful activities were Throwing social events for kids with disabilities, No one dies alone, and teaching Athletes or TAing.

I took the MCAT a first time and got a 500. My second time taking it I got a 505.

I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
Florida State
U Florida
Central Florida
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
NOVA MD
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
George Washington
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
TCU-UNT
Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
VCOM (all schools)
CUSOM
MU-COM
ACOM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
AZCOM
TUNCOM
WESTERN
TUCOM-CA

If you apply to all the DO schools I listed above you should receive several interviews. MD schools are more unpredictable but you could receive interviews.

@Faha and @Mr.Smile12 do you think I have a shot of getting in? Any additional advice would be appreciated.
For me, it's up to your PS, secondaries, and interviews. Make sure your intended submitted materials are proofread by your references and other advisors which you have access. It also depends on how well you fit with the schools, so hopefully you have successfully networked with current students and admissions officers at the programs at the top of your list.

@Faha sorry to keep bothering. I was looking on MSAR and a lot of school that were on your list had MCAT median's of about 510-513ish. That is way above my mcat score is there a reason why you suggest applying to these schools?

If you are interested in MD schools those are the ones where you have a chance for an interview. You do have a good GPA.
