Any nonclinical volunteering that shows your service orientation? Tutoring is overrepresented among premeds and represents academic/science/thinking competency.
I've volunteered at my local church providing meals for economically disadvantaged kids, at a homeless shelter, at a non-profit packing medical supplies for medically underserved populations, at local polls during elections and also charity races for cancer.

You have a good list and should receive several interviews. You could add any of these schools:
Mount Sinai
Cornell
Dartmouth
Jefferson
Pittsburgh
Case Western
Northwestern
Vanderbilt
