War Machine cost?

Finally sat down to order War Machine by Prometheus Lionhart, and the going price on Amazon, eBay, barnes/noble, and/or any used book site is like 300-600+ dollars. Either that, or it is listed at 40-50 and not available. I honestly can't believe my own eyes and feel like I am failing at the internet or there is a glitch in the matrix or something haha.

Anyone know what the deal is?
