MD Waste to silver signal these IM programs?

USMD applying to IM. Mid to lower mid tier school. Curious to see if using silver signals on UChicago, Northwestern, and Mayo Arizona would be unwise. Step 2 254. Have 4 passes (including IM unfortunately). MSPE will show that I got H on the IM shelf and HP on clinical score tho, but makes me look a lot more pass heavy on histiogram. However, I have H in sub-I and crit care. Have about 5-6 research things come ERAS. And really good experiences imo. PS and LOR are also really good imo. Would it be a waste to silver signal these places?
