Is there anyway you can arrange to view a few places before you sign? It's really hard to know what a place is like just by seeing photos. One of my family members once signed a lease only to find out later that the spacious lawn and trees had been photoshopped in. 😀

Wow, that's a little scary. Unfortunately since it's on PEI I won't be able to go see it until I actually move in. First time I've had to find an apartment from a distance, and it's stressful!
 
I should really be working on my thesis...I think I might catch up on How I Met Your Mother instead though.
 
I have a problem: I really want to get up and get a snack and a drink but this:

Ah! So cute!!! I used to have this problem with my cat (well, kitten. he's only 10 months old), but now I just make him get up. The cuteness has lost its effect on me when I need things.

Pretty sure my kitten plots even when I let him stay put. He's half the sweetest munchkin you'll ever meet and half the most evil and conniving little dude you'll ever meet. Hehe. But I don't think I'd want him any other way. He makes my heart melt.
 
My cat knows how to open doors. He's been hiding in the cabinet under the kitchen sink all afternoon. When I walk into the kitchen, he pops his head out at me. :laugh:

Oh goodness, this is the second time I've quoted one of those and I didn't even notice the profanity. Maybe that means I use profanity too frequently... 🙄

Even worse, when I went back and read it again, I said to myself "Really? That counts as profanity?"

Good thing I have a solid brain-to-mouth filter most of the time. :laugh:

I have a complete potty mouth. I drop F bombs and whatnot all the time 😳 but I've gotten in terrible here so I know! Lol
 
I have been very, very dizzy the past couple days... and having to chase this kitten around to keep him from killing himself isn't helping....

Currently enjoying the fact that he seems to have calmed down. :xf: he stays calm for the rest of the night.
 
Reading up on the past WW game threads trying to figure out how to play haha currently still feeling very very lost..but I'm realizing a lot of it goes on through PMs? Could explain all the missing gaps lol

Watched all episodes so far of The Carrie Diaries (set in 1984) during my day off today, then started working my way through The Americans (set in 1981), and we've been having '80s music Fridays at work for the past month or so.
And I need to watch Ghostbusters (from 1984) this week.
There's like a theme here or something...

I love crocheting, though crocheting a whole blanket is a pain. I wish you luck. I started crocheting 12" granny squares. On my third one... I want to make at least 50....

Getting my Jew on.

I've already made kosher dill pickles (the quick refrigerator kind), and I'm almost done making matzoh ball soup from scratch, including making the chicken broth (which is making the whole house smell amazing). I've also got a translation with commentary of the Song of Songs that I'm planning on reading some of tonight. :naughty:

Tomorrow: Eat potaoes and Hebrew National hot dogs, and maybe finally get around to putting up the mezuzah.
 
Sitting and debating whether being in love with a cat for 5 months is enough time to consider pursuing it, but this also involves being smart and trying to figure out if you'd ever find an apartment that would be willing to rent to someone with three cats...

Don't do it! It will never end, I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a foster dog. How the heck am I supposed to move with these animals?!?

Haha, wow. Let me know your secret when you find a place. 😛 I'm currently banning myself from looking at her profile any longer. I know my mother has refused to let me take our dog if I move out of state (the dog is legally mine, but she's as much my mother's dog as my dog, maybe more), but I have two kitties I don't plan on leaving for anything. Fortunately I'm still within the limit of most apartment complexes... if I can restrain myself from falling in love for 2-3 more years!
 
Instead of sleeping before working 15 hours tomorrow, I am wiiide awake. 🙄 🙁
