seriously, the upenn rejection sucked. what a waste of money. I also got a waitlist letter to pitt...scared me because they worded the intro as if I were rejected. It seems like the waitlist and rejection letters are identical, except for the last paragraph.
 
Finally something positive in the mail - Pitt acceptance. 😀

Oh yeah, and UPenn mass rejection.

Rejection from Albany (post interview), ok so I am a day late but I was a LITTLE upset and lostr track of time there for a bit.

Oh, and thank you Albany for NOT sealing the letter and scratching the name and address diagonally across the envelope, and thank you USPO for crunkling up the envelope so that what arrived was a weird, torn envelope that was OPEN and looked like it had been addressed by a 12 yeal old. Yea, that was worth about $550.

Not that I'm bitter or anything ...

Got it too. I am assuming that, like me, these peeps didn't get interviews.

Correct. We got "Not Accepted".
There was an e-mail directing us to go to the website. There, instead of "Complete" since October, I found "Not Accepted".
I kinda guessed it a while back since I did not get invited for an interview.

I received it this week...

Dartmouth Rejection.....and I have legacy at the damn school. Maybe legacy doesn't work for "brown" people...heheeh j/k

I got a letter from Loyola's continuing ed school congratulating me on my MCAT score and invinting me to apply for some 1yr medical science program to help me get into med school. One of the perks of the program is that you get a guaranteed interview at the med school.

I though this was pretty funny since I'm already accepted at Loyola. I guess they can get me the interview but can't cross reference their mailing list with the admission's office.

finally got my tufts and jefferson rejections :clap:

what's so funny is that the jefferson letter was written in giant size 14 or 16 font. felt like i was reading something meant for a 8-yr-old... :laugh:
maybe they used the giant font to make up for the short length of the letter?

how long after yor interview did you get the decision? I have no idea when I should expect to hear something.

I got that too, and a waitlist letter from Rochester, which I have no intentions of being on. No offense, Rochester is a great school, but the person that interviewed me there was so incredibly rude I was tempted to just get up and walk right of his office.

Hah I got the brown rejection online today too.
If I had known before hand that there are only like 30 spots open I would have never applied in the first place.
 
can people say how they recieved this news (online status page, email, etc..)

Got accepted to Wayne via calling them!
 
Got a rejection from Penn State

Definitely surprised about this one.....
 
called in yesterday and found out that I got waitlisted at Wayne State
 
AECOM OOS rejection pre-interview
 
Brown pre-interview rejection (via their online status system).
 
I got a scrub top from the University of Chicago...they sent it to lure me to there...its working!
 
today i'm thinking i got rejected from northwestern as well...because i can't log into the system.

so pretty much 3 rejections this week: ottawa, brown, northwestern. ouch :scared:

but i'm kind of getting used to it! nothing hurts more than the first one 🙂

and i have 4 interviews lined up in the next 4 weekends...so really, i shouldn't be complaining too much. its my own damn fault for submitting my primary oct 16th.

EDIT: i can now long into northwestern? wierd. anyway, its the end of their interview season for sure.
 
I got a withdrawal confirmation email from UC Irvine. That means I'm now waiting for no interview invites! WOOHOOO! That also means I wont have much to contribute to this thread anymore... ah well.
 
got a baylor invite today...last round of interviews woohoo!!

No hold that I'm aware of, complete since august, so I took the silence as a rejection within itself.

Accepted to AECOM. I called in for a status check. Letter is being sent today. I interviewed the week after Thanksgiving if it helps anyone.
 
a rejection letter from drexel. took them 14 weeks post interview🙁
