Rejection letter from baylor (preint) and waitlist letter from dartmouth.

I believe I recieved the same message. It says that the committee review indicates that they would like to further consider our files. but, the lady in the admissions office said their interview season ended feb 28th. :O

Anyone got any insight?
 
Rejection from njms (post interview) kinda feel 'mcChitty' and depressed. I thought the interview went well and it was one of my top schools.

Tufts rejection (pre-interview) today.

Along with a whole bunch more rejections these past few weeks...all pre-interview. Wonderful.
 
I received my Haaavaaad rejection and a UCSF Prime Program application yesterday. I think I may have one more letter coming my way, but I'm done other than that... no more stalking the mailwoman!

VCU is done interviewing for the year. The status page has a message about it now. Final decisions post-interview are on 3/15...and the waiting is driving me insane.
 
Wakeforest pre-interview rejection. Supposedly I was in the "interview category," but that is something they probably say to all their applicants.
 
Pre-int reject from Wake Forest. The rejection letter was actually one of the nicest I've received. It said something to the effect of "you were in a pool of applicants that were going to get an interview, but because you applied later there wasn't time to interview you." Stupid August MCAT.
 
Pre-Int. rejections from: Harvard, WF, and Wright State...

Acceptance from PSU!!!

Yeah, I got that too. I thought it was them trying to placate any angry applicants.

Did you guys take the August MCAT? I'm guessing if we would have called them asking for a "status update" they would have extended an interview as that seemed to work for a lot of people on SDN. I already have some acceptances in the bag so I didn't bother.

Waitlist at USUHS - int 1/10. Tried for Navy, but they didn't offer any other services either - yay 3 waitlists for me!! Wish me luck for NYMC interview tomorrow! Anybody know if they still accepting?
 
Baylor pre-interview rejection (its old, I just picked up my mail from the post office)

and a high priority waitlist for UCSF! 😎

I'm in Maryland. I interviewed on Dec 14. The letter was dated March 1 - it was in the last batch of non-acceptances mailed out. I just picked up my mail from the post office (I moved and had it held there). So if you haven't heard anything yet, it could be because its good news.. :luck:
 
Then I guess I'll hold out some hope for next week.

well i haven't exactly received it yet, but i called NYMC for a status update and they said that a decision had been mailed to me (a.k.a. rejection)...

I got a acceptance to USC!!!!! I can stay in cali now!!!!!🙂
 
Regarding that Wake Forest pre-interview rejection stuff, I got the same letter.

This morning: e-mail secondary/interview invite from MSU-CHM.

(secondary/interview come together)
 
Got an email this morning about a status change for Ohio State.

Denied.

(pre-interview)
 
Received that GW letter saying that there's a very slim chance they might have interviews in late spring and will be keeping my application in case that happens.

Yay? 🙄
 
Stanford rejection letter...most people never heard of that school anyways.
 
Got accepted to Howard Med..my first acceptance..so im soo relieved and elated!!! Good luck to everyone still waiting to hear back from any schools:luck:
 
I got someone elses NYMC post-interview response letter (attached to mine)....I feel bad he has to wait an extra day.

I will be receiving nothing. My mail has been stopped. Seriously. I think I'm going to throw up.:scared:

Rejection from Dartmouth. It was very different from my other rejection letters, "I am writing to share what I believe will be disappointing news...etc" It's not that disappointing considering that I already knew you were done with interviews and I have been complete without a peep from DMS since September.

I got a snail mail invite from dartmouth today for next week or the following week. I had pretty much crossed them off the list already.

I hadn't heard anyone getting an invite from them recently, so that's a surprise. I guess I wrote them off too soon. Congrats!
