what in the world is PASH?

i was recently discussing a breast biopsy result during my ob/gyn rotation and came across the term PASH. what in the world is it and what is its significance? is it anything dangerous or similar to a fibroadenoma? i tried looking it up but haven't really found any good sites to get info.
