Does anyone know what is the new(if any) writing scale? And what is a competitive score?

The highest writing score of 5 is the most competitive score....although I think 4 isn't bad neither.

A three is typically good. I haven't seen many scores above that. The average when I took the test was a 2.5. The pharm schools are going to be getting a lot of samples of your writing, so you'll be able to prove yourself in case you don't do as well on the test.
