Im taking the DAT this summer and was wondering which courses should I take this semester (Biochemistry, Cell BIos Homeostasis (Physiology) etc) to be better prepared for the BIOS section.
I love when people recommend biochem for the DAT. That's crazy! There is no biochem on the DAT. You do not need and I don't even see how it could be beneficial.
I think an Evolution, Ecology or Plant Science class would be more beneficial than biochem or histology for the DAT.

I don't know what kind of biochem class yall took but mine was so over the top it wasn't even funny! I don't remember having to identify AA's, apply the Michaelis Menten equation or regurgitate the enzymes, cofactors, and starting/ending products of glycolysis and the TCA cycle on the DAT.
If you need a refresher for ochem, use your ochem book.
I actually had quite a few evolution, ecology, and plant questions on my DAT. While they were basic questions, it did help having learned that information in depth during the class that I took which was actually a combined Evolution, Ecology, Biodiversity class.
To me, the types of questions you get on the DAT for Ochem and Genchem are relatively predictable and basic. IMO, it's more easy to prepare for those by just using your old textbook.
