Congrats on your excellent stats!
However, I would take UT Houston off your list if you are not a TX resident. The trend shows that they accept 0 out-of-state applicants no matter what the stats are. If you want to apply to a TX school, I would recommend Baylor or even San Antonio (Baylor accepts some OOS applicants and I believe San Antonio selects a few)... but just not Houston. Good luck!
