What to expect in interviews?

I only have 2 interviews for anesthesia residency so I really don't want to screw them up. Any tips on what I can expect so as to make a really good impression? Thank you for any help!

Hopefully you only have 2 interviews because you haven't heard back from a bunch of places, and not because you only applied to 2 programs. If so, you should be fine, as I imagine there are still quite a few offers left on the table. It's only mid-October, after all.

As for interview tips, I would say that if you are polite yet friendly, confident yet humble, honest yet prudent, and funny yet tasteful, then be yourself. Otherwise, try to be that person.

when you say research the program do you mean check the website, faculty out?

Bring a bite block and some lube and you'll be fine. HAHA-just be yourself and don't overanalyze anything....
