what to study nbde part ii with?

hi everybody,

i was wondering what people used to study for the nbde part ii's?
i plan on getting the decks, the released exams and dental secrets (as well as whatever i have from classes).
but does anybody else have any other good suggestions? is the kaplan book or program worth it?
