What uc's do i have a chance of gettin into

AP's: World history, us history, (calc ab, and physics-taking right now)
Sat 2: math:670 chem: 490
ACT: 25

Many recommendation letters and some Extra curricular activities, not too much though.

What UC's do u think I should apply to?
And as what major, I want to go onto medicine, and I know any major can be considered pre-med, but what should I choose? I know bio is good, but its impacted, so should I still select bio or something else?

And should I apply to USC's BA/MD program..do I have a chance of getting in there? Anyone have a link or know the stats of getting into the ba/md at usc?

I'm not familiar with the UC admission process for undergrads, but your numbers seem much too low for any BS/MD program, let alone one as competitive as USC. I don't think it's worth your application fee.

unless things have changed a lot sice I went to college at UC in ca you are probably a good candidate anywhere except berkeley and san diego. ucla might be a stretch but worth applying. my #s were about the same as yours and I got in to ucd, ucsb, ucsc and did not get in at ucb and ucsd.
