When to send LORs?

are they included w/ your primary app?

or do you only send them to schools that request them?

Generally you send them when you've been granted a secondary or when you submit the secondary.

If you're applying to any of the schools that use AMCAS's letter service, then you will probably want to send AMCAS the letters when you submit your primary, that way they process them in time to send them to schools when/if they request them.

Another question, so if you are planning to submit your primary by early June, when should you theoretically have all your LORs ready to send?

i was actually browsing the website and it says that AMCAS will start accepting LORs around may 14th. so we can start to submit them then, before the primary is even done.
