As an IMG when should I take my Step II in order to match for 2005 in OB/GYN?

Also, do all the programs have a general "earliest date" when to apply and will an IMG benefit from applying early?

It never hurts to be in early. Actually you're better off being in early than later and having your pick of interview dates.

On the IMG issue, you are disqualified from the match if Step 2 and CSA are not in by Feb (or around then). Its a good idea to take it early in case you fail and have to repeat.
