Do you put Shadowing and Clinical experience/volunteering in terms of # of hours or length of time (like July-March)?

The reason why I am asking is I plan to shadow a surgeon, but I may only do so for one week. During this week I'd probably shadow for about 20 hours. So on the app, it seems like it would make a pretty big difference if someone put "1 week of shadowing" vs 20 hours because 1 week could also mean far less than 20 hours.

You have to put the start and end months. For shadowing, I left the hours/week box blank and wrote in the description the approximate number of hours that I had shadowed.
