penn's secondary is available

YUP.

UPENN, UNLV, and WESTERN are the ones Ive been working on. Not sure of any others.

I have a question about UPenn's secondary app. For the Test Score section, it asks for SAT/ACT score. It has been about 6 years since I took the test and I don't recall my exact score... Is it ok for me to leave it blank? or do i have to purchase the score through the collegeboard? help would be appreciated. Thanks.

which schools want us to turn in app fees already?

so far i think: Case Western, UNLV, Western, UoP..anyone care to add to the list?

i sent my fees to usc and nyu as well

I sent my fees to a bunch of schools already. NYU cashed my check already, and the rest are just taking thier merry 'ol time? 😛

Iknow all the schools recieved the checks already because I put tracking on them.

Western and NYU both cashed my checks today.

I've already had checks cashed at USC, UOP, and USN (the new Utah school) for awhile.

I believe Western, UNLV, UPenn, and Meharry all have secondaries available. (From what I've heard... I've only applied to Western out of those four). Nova already has there's up on their website but I called them and they said you'll get an e-mail when they want you to start on it.

Maybe I'm reading my records wrong, but I don't think MN cashed my check yet, and I sent it about 2 weeks ago. Deliver confirmation said they received it though 😕

Anyone else have checks cashed at MN?

I never said I had checks cashed at MN. I didn't even apply there.

I was just updating on what schools are moving along with this years app process. Don't worry about it though. I sent in all my checks about two weeks ago as well and am still waiting on a couple more schools to cash them.

Thanks for the encouragement 😉

I just got a little nervous seeing the handful of schools you said that already cashed. 😛

updates?

what other schools are letting us send in the fees (any need 2x2 photos as well?)

i despise the 2x2 photo thing. What if someone doesnt like the way I look? lol

Dude you might just want to go to your dental school designations tab and take a look at the supplemental information. It specifically tells you which schools you send the secondaries to right now (at the same time as your application) and those who you need to wait for. In my case the majority of the schools said to pay and send the photo at the same time as the app.

i was wondering about that, some school has deadline for the secondary application like in december, even though they want it at the same time as when we turn in aadsas app, can we turn it in a little later than the aadsas? I kinda have to work on mine so it doesn't sound fobbish with grammatical errors ( for the essays ).

im pretty sure your application is INCOMPLETE (edit) without turning in the secondary. it depends on the school, i guess.

I'm sure you can turn it in a while after submitting aadsas. Obviously schools won't look at or consider your application until they have received their money. So what you loose by procrastinating is your spot on the application pile. In my opinion what is the point of trying to make the first or second mailing if they receive your app and then put it in the incomplete pile for three months until you pay?

Do you hand-write UNLV's secondary? I am wondering if it can be done electronically.

I also was wondering if you need to hand-write SIU's since it is in a pdf format that you can't type in. Any advice? I just feel like handwriting looks unprofessional...

Also, question on Penn's secondary: I only took the ACT...not the SAT. The scores for the ACT are not broken up by reading and math - which is the breakdown option shown on the secondary. I'm not sure what to put. Anyone else have this problem?

You can always type on pdf. There are a few ways..

1. Save it as an Image and type on top of that
2. Export it into Microsoft Onenote and type in that
3. Use Adobe Professional and use Typewriter tool (best)
