as far as i know tiering
top 4 would be SGU, ROSS, AUC, AUA
however it is said to only goto SGU out of this list.

however it does not seem that hard to get into a medical school like AUC/AUA which should be the utmost lowest.

however i see tons of students going to schools like xavier, aureus, windsor, umhs, mua etc etc

does that mean that those students most likely have a 2.3 gpa ish? seems like the only possible reason because
saba ross auc aua you can most definetely get in with around a 3.0 gpa.

thanks!

Could be ignorance. I've worked with plenty of pre-meds who haven't educated themselves on the process of applying to medical school. People may apply to schools with atrocious reputations without realizing.

Also, some schools may be cheaper than say SGU/AUC.

Lot to unpack in your post but skipping most of that it comes down to a few things.

1. rejected from big 3
2. advertised as cheaper
3. bigger influence at their school for those particular caribs via relationships with adcom

They all require a certain level of ignorance or laziness since too many people take the schools at face value. Also, the lower tier ones appeal more/cater to countries outside of the US (e.g. India is a big one).

To address another one of your points; SGU, Ross, and AUC are all pretty equal with one another , though SGU is having some accreditation changes which add another level of risk to potential matriculants.
