I am from southwest Wisconsin, 1 hour away from Madison 2hours away from Milwaukee. Are there any Surgeons or Emergency Medicine Physicians looking for job shadowers???

You can always try to see if there is someone through the Wisconsin Medical Society or the Medical Society of Milwaukee County.

Physicians and surgeons don't "look for shadowers". It's the other way around. You have to do the hard work and go out there to find physicians who have time then convince them to let you shadow. Heads up, you'll be rejected most of the time but there are always a couple of willing docs out there if you look hard enough.
