I can't help much but you will likely get better advice if you post the schools you applied to and where you interviewed/got rejected. On paper you look good but if you applied very top heavy without any research that may be hurting you.

it depends on your school list and extent of extracurriculars (hours and duration).
also on when you applied and your turnaround time for secondaries.

the fact that you've had an II shows there are probably no major red flags though.
