Would you graduate a semester earlier by taking 15-17 credits during Fall senior year? Or if you didn't have to pay for the second semester's tuition, would you just take extra, fun classes during the Spring while lessening the Fall semester's burden?

Fall semester would be Global Understanding (3 credits), Literature (3 credits), Western Civilization (3 credits), Biostatistics (3 credits and may or may not be required), Ecology (5 credits).
***Both Fall and Spring semesters would be paid for by grants so any class can be taken during the Spring.

Are you applying next cycle? I didn't even go on that many interviews and it was still a bit of a circus taking a full load and staying on top of the application stresses and interviews in the fall. It's not a huge deal, but something to consider.

BUT, a semester off before the storm might be a good time too. I'm taking only 1 final credit right now (lab pre-req) and it's feeling pretty good.

If you're a junior and you're thinking about skipping spring senior year, I would tell you to take fall semester off and deal with application cycle stuff. If you're a strong applicant, you'll have been accepted, finishing off some classes, have fun with friends, and graduate with your class. Winter graduations suck for a lot of reasons.

I dont see why its fun to spend tuition and and extra semester in school. Load up, knock it out and kick back to relax or find a job.

Paid for by grants. He is essentially paid to stay at school. Honestly, I would definitely stay and enjoy time with my friends. Take cool and interesting classes, there are a ton of them out there. Maybe some classes you can meet some freshmen in . Its the only time in your life youll be able to learn about any random topic that interests you taught by a professional for free.

Graduate early. Or, as someone else said, take a semester off for the application cycle/interview trips.

zzzz you couldnt pay me to sit in school for one extra semester when it didnt contribute to my future.

I would stay in school and take the free money. Take easy classes and the minimum to be full time both in the fall and in the spring. Take archery 101 or some stupid women studies class and start arguments! Its better then working and like mentioned you get to spend times with your friends.

I took an extra year and am almost done and am going to miss the social aspect of undergrad. Dental school is not necessarily as social. But do what you feel is best

I would stay in school, especially if its all paid for. In fact if you would pay me I would stay in school forever. I am taking a real light fall semester hopefully to deal with interviews. I could take a couple summer classes and full load in the fall and graduate but why? I see no reason to rush but then again I am on the 6 year plan
