Uhhh I think they hire their own graders, which are typically grad students or professors that are scattered around the nation.

Not 100% sure tho!

it's not really too worthwhile to practice the essay portion of the mcat. you can search the forums too see what people have said as advice for this section - but focus most of your energies elsewhere.

if you're doing a prep course, they will evaluate your essays if you ask them to.
