The mulligan one is great but I feel like rather than being an accomplishment for getting a mistake caught, it should be that YOU caught someone else's mistake before the attending does

As a medical student, teach a resident a procedure (the opposite of the "See One, Do One, Teach One" achievement)

I'm stuck between "As a medical student or intern, correct a potentially disastrous mistake made by a senior resident or an attending" and "as an intern, cure death."

Imo: "Save a patients life while intentionally disobeying the attending's orders" or "Correct your attending as a med student and have them acknowledge their mistake". Though that may be encouraging bad behavior :angelic:
 
I discovered this thread just 10 years later, and it's hilarious lol. I'm curious to know what pre-med achievements would look like.

I'd be okay with never earning this one. Saw a man go into cardiac arrest mid-flight after rapidly becoming unresponsive while sitting next to his wife. Props to the doc on board that night who was able to bring him back after they got him off the plane.

Answer all pimp questions for the day correctly

Ask your first pimp question that draws a blank

Prescribe more than 3 new medications in a single encounter with a patient

10G- What's in the Jungle Juice?
Successfully clear up the med list of a patient with 5+ prescriptions

5G- Expedited Natural Selection
Encounter your first anti-vax patient

5G- Golfball through a Garden Hose
Encounter your first male patient with kidney stones

100G- I Presume?
Encounter another physician (or med student) with the last name "Livingstone"

5G- Honey I Shrunk the Bursa
Successfully perform a cortisone injection for bursitis
