Just had a rep talk to me about this unit. Supposedly digital technology less radiation some cool features. Anybody use one or know anything about them?

I used an OEC flat panel at DRG training. Great picture.

I saw the OEC one at the NANS cadaver lab while teaching fellows course. They are sweet and have digital mag which doesn’t increase radiation dose. You can get them now with the monitor built onto the actual c-arm instead of a separate module. Huge space saver.

The flat panel IIs are very nice, better image quality for sure, and big space savers too.

I think like 225k for a flat panel oec super c.

This one is way fancier than the one I have now which is about 10 years old. Ziehm solid machine. Durable and pics are very good. Haven’t had a major service issue.
Don’t know if situation has changed recently but about a year ago the owner of a very reliable and very large imaging equipment refurbishing company told me that getting parts for Ziehm units is a nightmare.
