Not even dying the next day usually, more like dying immediately and regretting my choices

Get a Keeshond and spin and dye the undercoat wool. It is genuinely pure wool textured 😂Do you know how much non plastic yarn costs????
I learned to knit when I was like six or seven. This is so funny because I find crocheting SO much easier
But it's probably just because I learned it first
Noooooo my record was two and a half bottles by myself on my 21st birthday and I intend for that to be a permanent recordHell yeah dude! Open another!
I don’t really drink anymore cause my body said “you’re over thirty, two drinks and you’ll be dying the next day”. It’s actually wild how my Garmin shows me when I’ve been drinking like “hey buddy you slept like **** and your HRV is dead are you also dying?” 😅
Except for the hit my ego takes when I say “yeah I play werewolf with nerds online in my free time”At least WW is a free hobby![]()

I saw a guy buy his wife a “sheep” where they adopt one from afar and get their wool every year to use as they please and I have considered itGet a Keeshond and spin and dye the undercoat wool. It is genuinely pure wool textured 😂
Oh gosh. I only started crocheting like three years ago? Knitting a little over a year ago.I learned to knit when I was like six or seven.
I'm sure they won't mind the smell of raw wool in your house for several weeks while you process it!I’ve also considered the consequences of a full fleece showing up at my house and my spouse not knowing, so buying yarn it is!
Amigurumi are so cute but so intimidating to me and seem so difficult!Oh gosh. I only started crocheting like three years ago? Knitting a little over a year ago.
I've still never completed any of the full size blankets I've started. A couple baby blankets and several wearables but I mostly make amigurumi.
This is how I found out raw wool has a smellI'm sure they won't mind the smell of raw wool in your house for several weeks while you process it!
Now imagine helping multiple miniature humans sleep eat and have THEIR hobbies. There’s needs to be more hours in the day I swear to god. Like how are we supposed to sleep work eat maintain a house AND have hobbies?? Multiple even???
It just smells like sheep. Which is almost as bad as goat. This is how I found out raw wool has a smell
Oops I was supposed to say something happier. Now imagine helping multiple miniature humans sleep eat and have THEIR hobbies.
The hobbies get crowded out =/
FancyHow many completed projects do I have? ONE. The spouse’s fingerless gloves.
And this is why I don't have miniature humans. Pure selfish desire to continue to prioritize my own hobbies 😛Now imagine helping multiple miniature humans sleep eat and have THEIR hobbies.

Fingerless gloves are less fancy because fingers are annoyingFancy
I want four. The spouse wants two. I’m sure this will cause ZERO ISSUES later on.![]()
Genuinely don’t know how people do it
I started out with Woobles so I guess kinda makes sense I'm most comfortable with that kind of crochet. Leveled up from there but the concepts are still the same!Amigurumi are so cute but so intimidating to me and seem so difficult!
I have many abandoned knitting projects lol
Currently I am slowly working on an embroidery hoop
But then they hug you and just melt onto your body and say "I love you soooooo much" and you go "fine I can do this for another day I guess 🥺"Oops I was supposed to say something happier.
Kids are rainbows and sunshine guys!
I really really love being an aunt and getting to hand the little potato back to his parents when we're done having fun![]()

We were both sure we wanted 2. We got 3, and briefly considered a 4th. I think it's hard to have a firm sense of when you're "done" until you reach that point--you know when you know.I want four. The spouse wants two. I’m sure this will cause ZERO ISSUES later on.
Also free but at the cost of brain cellsWatching 2am youtube videos is my hobby.
>implying that I don't force the entire thread and modchat to witness braindead mechanical takes when I playAlso free but at the cost of brain cells
Mine are 8, 6, and 4--when do these kind of cute things start happening??But then they hug you and just melt onto your body and say "I love you soooooo much" and you go "fine I can do this for another day I guess 🥺"
Cuz I just get them alternately snapping at me or making fart jokesHOW DO YOU MAKE STITCHES OUT OF NOTHING
WITCH
See this is my fascination with knitters - I don't know how y'all do what you do. I have tried to learn how to knit many times but it never ends up well. I think my brain just can't tolerate having to move two hands/needles at once. I did learn to crochet first though, when I was 7. I basically suppled all my friends with winterwear (scarves, hats, etc) throughout middle school and high school lmao. Nowadays I mainly do amigurumi and I find it easier than making clothes - it's more forgiving if you accidentally drop a stitch or didn't measure correctly. Nothing worse than making huuuuuuge long lines for a cardigan and then realizing three rows later you dropped a stitch and having to frog. I buy patterns off of Etsy (I'm too silly and lazy to come up with my own) and they're pretty easy once you know how to read patterns! Because most amigurumi are so small you also don't really need to know many complex stitches; a basic amigurumi is just single crochet all around.Amigurumi are so cute but so intimidating to me and seem so difficult!
ww causes me heartburn and stress, the same way that spicy food and Taco Bell does, but I do all of those things regardless of the cost 🤩
A leshy!I started out with Woobles so I guess kinda makes sense I'm most comfortable with that kind of crochet. Leveled up from there but the concepts are still the same!
hyperfixate on DeltaruneMy hobbies are this, hyperfixating on a (usually but not always turn based) video game for 1 to 3 months, and pathfinder (similar tabletop game to dnd). I like to say the only cost for playing pathfinder is the gas it takes to drive somewhere to play it, but then my wife points out all the meals I get at the game cafe and all the legos-as-minis and the various books and pdfs I've bought "cause they're on sale! And it's a humble bundle, so it's both cheaper and some goes to charity!" And I have to concede that it's a theoretically cheap hobby for me
I've played neither 😭hyperfixate on Deltarune
but only if you've already played Undertale
Both are turn-based!!!I've played neither 😭
Both are turn-based!!!
I'll sneak the trailer in to trick you into thinking about it. The overall narrative and music is just so perfect.
