With a 3.0 and 2.6 GPA, you will not be successful enough to pass through a foreign medical school, which often have bad attrition rates (as much as 50 percent of the class is dropped in the first 2 years). Just "passing" the USMLE != residency placement. If you are unwilling/unable to bring your sGPA up to 3.0 or above, don't bother with MCAT, and just go for MBA. If you really want to go through with med school, do a post bacc, and retake any courses in which you got a C or lower. Do not take MCAT until your GPA is there.
