I think you should be alright. The most important thing is that you can articulate yourself and convey meaning. Don't worry about whether or not you can recite 15 stanzas of "Cantar de Mio Cid"; the important thing is, can you explain yourself clearly, give intelligible answers to specific questions, and/or give simple directions.
By all means, continue practicing your Spanish and improving it. But as long as you can hold a conversation and write a short essay in Spanish, I don't think it will be a hindrance to you in your interview.
