I would only apply if you meet one of their mission groups. They have them listed on their site, they almost never interview outside of those groups.

I've been looking at it through the weeks, and it's all over the place. Plus, this year is different because notification of waitlist happened two weeks earlier this year.

If you are in any of them I would apply if it's somewhere you want to go. They specifically look at those groups.

Has anyone spoken with admissions recently? Any new news to report?
I have my exit interview Tom. I shall try and probe a bit.
Had mine today.. nothing to report except that the alternate list isn't closed until they meet everyone on first day of orientation on Aug 10th!
How was it? They call you, correct?
I am just curious if there are pending acceptances out there or if everyone in the class has accepted their spot..?
It wasn't too useful for me, but the woman I spoke with was very nice-- it is so refreshing to have any feedback at all, as a way to know what they think of us and to know for sure that this whole process is just such a game of luck too!
Good point-- I didn't ask for that information this time.
Had my exit interview this am. She was very nice like you mentioned. I did ask about pending spots, and unfortunately she had little info. However she say there should be some movement movement left.

The middle of July is the deadline for a bunch of paperwork etc so anyone who doesn't finish will likely be forfeiting their spot. (I am done!! Sorry not given my spot up!!) you may see movement after that.
