31% response rate is not particularly good so inference should be guarded but I expect everyone to find something they dislike/like in this paper

If we are really serious about conducting an informative high powered workforce study, then why doesn’t ASTRO or ACRO look into setting aside some funds to hire an independent consulting firm like McKinsey or Deloitte or any freaking number of equally capable firms to conduct such a survey? I feel like there is definitely more bias having a Rad Onc either in Academics or in PP as both may have a vested interest one way or the other.
