I'm actually thinking of going for a walk because I literally cannot even just sitting in my house and "working from home." I need to charge my phone a bit first...refreshing your email and these forums every 4 minutes while wandering around Target really drains the battery life.

Refresh my poor old memory, but has anyone heard from Baylor/Texas Children's? I feel like I saw it but cannot remember.

I SO needed to hear this! I am sitting on one rejection and still waiting to hear from 15 sites. Thank you for your words of encouragement!

I'm waiting to hear back from the neuro/ASD track. I feel like I haven't seen anything except for the neuro track. Which track are you applying for?

I heard for Child Clinical/Ped Health track on 11/21, but invites might still be rolling in.

Which track did you apply too? I applied to pediatric health... I am eager to hear about this one since I used to work right next to Texas Childrens and I loved their staff. Plus I loved working and living in the medical center (sometimes). They have great food and awesome rail which they built around Houston AFTER I moved.

I applied to the Neuro/ASD track, which I haven't seen pop up, but i have seen the regular Neuro track pop up at least once I think.
 
Literally sleeping to pass time and avoid thinking about this.

So the APPIC directory says the Medical College of Georgia/Charlie Norwood VA's tentative interview date is Dec 11 and that they have dates in December and January. I know nobody has heard yet.... last I checked, but shouldn't they send their invites out? Those December dates are coming up fast.

someone in my lab last year didn’t get an interview to a site she had done a practicum at and really thought she’d get an interview at. She didn’t, and when she was chatting with a former supervisor later they were like “XX, you were qualified, but you don’t even want to stay in the area!” I think sometimes sites really go based on fit and how likely they think you’ll rank them higher too. They want to match the first time around as badly as we do!

Okay, so I had to catch up on some email (anyone else marking everything that's not internship-related as "read" and then forgetting to go back and actually read the emails until the poor non-internship-related person emails you again like "hey what's your deal, man, please respond"? No? Just me?) but I AM LEAVING AGAIN FOR A WAAAAAAALK. Hear that, Universe? I'm gonna be away(ish) again and REALLY would like some good news (AN INVITE, I WANT AN INVITE) for me and the people on here. Got that? GOT THAT?! 😵😵😵

Congrats! I also received an interview with Ann Arbor VA last Wednesday. Have they emailed you back to confirm a date?
