That's what I did. I emailed the coordinator asking for their work emails and sent it to them individually as well, just to make sure, but when I called admissions they said it was OK to just email them to admissions directly.

what is a silent rejection? like just ghost you?
I think kind of -- I believe most schools that "silently reject" will send you a rejection email at the end of the application cycle instead of when they've determined earlier on that they will not extend an interview invitation.
really lame
I appreciate the schools that have sent me pre-II-Rs, while it sucks, the waiting is much worse.

last year I got my II in mid Jan and was accepted in March so they definitely interview into the new year for actual spots in the class, not just the waitlist

I emailed separately and she replied. She did say that the Friday before the interview (at least for me - my interview is tuesday), I will get the details

Nice of them to send the card, which is more effort than more than half the other schools I applied to

They didn’t even get a bot to add our names to the email. The card definitely doesn’t mean anything. Enjoy the new year guys

If anything people who had interviews/ or scheduled to interview didn't get it, so it means that they send it to all that have not been shortlisted yet.
Scheduled for interview and did not get holiday card. Got an interview reminder though
