Happen to know the max class size?121 now
I’ve heard it’s 140Happen to know the max class size?
yeah I guess they haven’t really updated the websites but basically, instead of separate exams for each class, they’re going to cover things in blocks and test students every 2 weeks or so. So for example, a cardio/pulm block will cover the relevant anatomy, physiology, histology, pathology, etc. and then we’ll get tested on it at the end of the block.Does anyone have info on the Block curriculum being implemented starting this year for OMS1? The Touro website is seems to have nothing on curriculum.
Just a follow up question. Is 2 weeks enough of a time for a Block like MSK+ Physio+Biochem+Histo? Looks like its complete self study, hence they say it flipped curriculum. Same goes for Cardio/Pulmo block. Are students supposed to have understanding of Anatomy prior to starting the school? Any 3rd party resources recommended? Sorry to ask, hope its ok.yeah I guess they haven’t really updated the websites but basically, instead of separate exams for each class, they’re going to cover things in blocks and test students every 2 weeks or so. So most likely it’s gonna follow 2nd year of every 3-4 weeks for one block. Some of the schedule might need to be adjusted cause some classes are shorter or longer on certain systems for 1st year previously. Or they can brute force it where some stuff just doesn’t fit with others. Biochem rarely teaches thing that fit with the other classes. Helps a lot if u have a background of anatomy but not really necessary. 3rd party are the text book that the student gov passes out in a drive. Could also use my drive that I posted early on but those are just study notes that I wrote.Just a follow up question. Is 2 weeks enough of a time for a Block like MSK+ Physio+Biochem+Histo?
