AACOMAS verified May 13, MUWCOM secondary received and submitted June 4, MUWCOM "application complete" email June 9. So now we wait to hear about interviews? 😳

Hey guys I received MU-COM’s secondaries a week ago and don’t wanna wait too long to get it out. They are asking for three research projects, just list the title, hours, outcome, nothing really crazy. I just switched to a new lab and have some other projects ongoing. I can talk about them pretty decently but none of them have a typical “outcome”, the best I can say is manuscript in progress. I have some outcomes for the projects from the old lab like poster, thesis, submitted manuscript, etc. and I’ve already listed them in the aacomas app. So my question is, should I put my newer stuff with no substantial outcomes in the secondaries, or repeat my old stuff that’s already included in aacomas?

I would put the new stuff in there as well - just add a brief note about where each pending project currently is!

Thanks for your opinion!! I guess my concern is they only allow 3 project entries so I can only choose between the old stuff or the newer ones. Should I prioritize the new stuff since the old ones are already included in aacomas?

How many new ones do you have? Can you consolidate the old ones together since you've already mentioned them?

Emailed me today saying they might send me a secondary in a few weeks. Is this normal? Stats should be more than enough

Yes! This is what my initial email from them said. The email heading was "Marian University Wood College of Osteopathic Medicine Application Received".

Got the same. Sounds like they review and filter applications before sending secondaries. No idea what the cutoff would be though.

Looking at last years thread, secondaries were sent immediately to everyone. So this looks to be a new process.

Hey guys, for the 6th question... is there a follow-up essay detailing connections to the state of Indiana?
