4th year rotation

I'm a 4th year student at a caribbean school(Ross). I have been trying to set up another EM rotation, I did one in May, and keep getting turned down. I was wondering if anyone on here knows of a place with a EM residency that may have openings for october and allow caribbean students to rotate. I am willing to go anywhere in the country. Thanks
