Oh speaking of...there is almost definitely a chaos trying to pocket me. But I'm ok with it. Thanks chaos
Those are the best pockets

I'm gonna laugh when chaos starts winning more games than village

See this is why I miss bolded text embedded in wordswordswords.

I am simple.

Your Friendly NPC here! As a mod, it is truly appreciated also to put your nominations for mayor/lynch in a line all by itself along with bolding or hashtags. Putting it in a wall of text means it will be overlooked.

hmmm I’m not sure I agree with this logic, especially with lack of posting in general. Lynching AM after people have already said she’s leaning village this game seems suspicious to me. I know saying leaning village is by no means an accurate read, but it’s better than nothing. For those reasons, lynch kras

Ok folks...my mom is now coming through with the scanner

I think this is when I was "hired" to do magic at my sister's 9th birthday party. Already got that teenage angst

edit: I'm not sure what the box has on it, but if I had to guess, it would say "do not touch!" lmao

The veterinary students were still at the bar as they were getting ready to close up.
The bartender had made the decision to let them stay, even though they didn't make a single purchase.
It was a holiday, so this Friday night was a bit slower than usual. The pair looked a little pathetic, too: disheveled and in formal attire at a dive bar.

Earlier in the night he had tried to start up a conversation with them to find out what they were up to.
"My name's Rick. I tend the weekends here. You guys aren't drinking tonight at all?"
To which the male student responded, "No, no. I lost my wallet and we're just biding time until we can get home."
"Do you need to call somebody?" Rick had offered.
"No. It's fine. We'll be on our way shortly."
Rick shrugged, and let them be.

That was a few hours ago, yet they were still there, slumped over in the booth.
"I'm closing at midnight." Rick shouted over to them.
A few other patrons were still sitting around with their drinks as well, but were appropriately paying their tabs in preparation to leave.

The male student excused himself from the booth to use the restroom.
Rick noticed, and moved over to the booth.

"Hey, are you OK?"
"What? Oh, yes, thank you. I'm fine. We're not... from around here."
"Do you need a taxi to get back to your hotel?"
"Oh. Well, actually, we aren't staying at a hotel. And, my friend, Jason, well he lost his wallet so we can't really go anywhere."
"That doesn't sound fine. That's a bad idea to be wandering through downtown all night long without any plans, especially if you're not from around here."
"No, we'll be fine."
The male student, Jason, was returning from the restroom,
"I'm just saying. If you really have no money, you two could sleep in my living room. Just for the night."
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Rick came back from his bedroom with a couple of pillows and blankets.
"Amy? You can stay on the couch." He tossed a blanket and pillow onto his plush sofa.
"Jason, sorry I don't have anywhere else for you." He apologized, tossing the other blanket and pillow onto the floor.

They both said thank you.
Rick nodded and went to his bedroom.

They turned off the nights and tried to sleep.
However, about an hour later after tossing and turning, Amy sat up.
"I can't sleep." she whispered.

Jason rolled over.
"Sorry." he muttered groggily. Apparently he didn't have the same problem.

Amy quietly stood up and tiptoed over to Rick's small, boxy television.
"Do you mind?"
"I guess not."
"Wait, how do you... where's the.... Oh!" She found a set of buttons on the television, and after pressing all of them, managed to turn it on.

WE INTERRUPT YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED BACKSTREET BOYS TV SPOT TO BRING YOU THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE

...

Huh, it appears there was some communication mishap, nothing important to report here. But please enjoy the most uncomfortable music video ever produced.

The other two graduate students had left the library at closing and wandered around at night, returning in the morning just as it opened again.
They returned to the computers and pulled up the same file they were working on the night before, a rather lengthy Word document.
These two technologically savvy students were a bit too advanced to be using the Windows 98 program.
Others, who were not from the future, might struggle, though the built-in help system was not necessary for these two.

When prompted, they selected "Do not show again."
