I was looking for charcoal but ended up going with a navy suit. My school requires we do the formal suit thing with matching slacks and blazer. I assume I'll need it for post-doc/job interviews next year, too.
Mine told me that I was being considered for both of the tracks I applied for and to let them know if I didn’t want to be considered for one of those tracks. Did you apply to multiple tracks, too? For another site I applied to I ended up contacting them to clarify which tracks I would be interviewing for and it was received well. I’d recommend reaching out when you confirm your interview date or even after I’d youve already done that.

I got a maroon skirt suit and two nice navy/green dresses for my warmer locales, along with the usual black and gray suits, but with black and cream plaid pants or a light pink top. I feel like you can be professional and still wear color/prints and I wanted to be me at the interviews.
I interviewed last year, and the attire changed between sites. Interviewees at a (pretty prestigious) academic medical center wore grey and black suits, period, while interviewees at a private practice/community mental health consortium wore dress pants and jackets or sweaters of all colors... so it may depend where you're interviewing how much your choice will differ from those around you.
I'm just wearing comfy flats. A number of the brochures and interview invite emails from sites have said to wear comfortable shoes for facility tours and/or winter weather. I think professional dress (rather than business/business casual) is still expected for interviews, but I think not wearing heels is fine.

Those stats are from last application cycle, which makes since because they just recently received accreditation (on contingency I think). I was going to apply but good luck to you!

I heard from them for adult inpatient interview on nov 22
I know people also already got rejections from CAPS last week... I haven’t heard either way though. Frustrating!

My DCT (who is a woman) actually advised that we wear something that stood out a little bit and not a black on black or all one color suit like everyone else. She said it gives people something to remember in addition to our qualifications. Hope this helps...good luck at your interviews!
Still waiting to hear but given that 2 other tracks heard yesterday I'm counting this as a very probable no for me
Waiting on ATL VA as well. But they had to extend their deadline so I'm thinking it won't be until next week. Last year they sent out on the 5th.
