ASEA PASS Evaluations

Hi,

I am applying to GPR programs and my letter of recommendation writers are ready to submit their evaluations. Two of them have asked for my list of institutions that I am applying to so that they can customize them and send them out individually to each school. I see on the PASS website there is just the option of submitting on letter. Should the evaluations be generalized to all programs (I.e. one letter of evaluation from each faculty) that is submitted on the PASS application, or should they really be mailing them out to all institutions individually?

It is one common evaluation for all the programs. You might want to ask your evaluator to not specify anything.

Thank you! That is what I thought based on reading the ADEA instructions, I just wanted to clarify before I tell my evaluation writers to send only one general letter.

You are welcome! I think they made that change for this cycle
