Hey everyone,
I'm wondering if any of you have called BU recently. I called yesterday and I was told that there has been "no decision" on my application yet. Has anyone else gotten this response? I'm not sure what it means..but it does scare me since I heard the same thing from umass b4 they sent me a rejection letter. FYI, BU is in the process of putting together a waitlist (found out from my interviewer) and the class is not filled as of yet (they'll be accepting some more people in May). Have any of you been accepted recently? Post if you have any more info... :wink:

Don't they have to give us an answer soon? Are there any AMCAS guidelines on how long they can make us wait? I interviewed in Jan.

Hey rs3, I called BU yesterday and was told by the secretary that they are probably mailing the next decisions (including waitlists) out in two weeks probably. She said they hadn't made a decision on my app either. I think they are trying to wait closer to May 15 when people have to drop their other acceptances but who knows. Good luck with it.

hey rs3, I called on April 29th and was told the same thing about no decision. I interviewed on December 4th! I hope we get some good news soon, because I'm getting antsy! 😀

As a side note, it would be very nice to just stick my stuff in storage and not have to ship it back to FL and then to IL....so I hope BU lets me in! <img border="0" alt="[Laughy]" title="" src="graemlins/laughy.gif" />

Regarding BU --

I interviewed on ~ October 23rd and have heard NOTHING!!!

Fortunately, I got into my #1 choice and, therefore, able to withdraw from BU. However, when I sent my withdrawal letter, I definitely said that I thought their whole handling of the admissions process (this year) was completely unprofessional (given that May 15th is days away) -- I heard from EVERY other school more than 5 weeks ago. I don't understand how they can get away with this -- I thought Apr. 15th was their deadline.
