What is the status of Loma Linda interviews? Have they started conducting?

I'm pretty sure they don't start until December-ish.

I was wondering for those of you who were interviewed how they let you know.
I've been reading on the forum that they ahve 2 things displayed: "pending reviewed" or "hold".
What do these mean and how long did it take to get an interview once your application was said to be complete on their status page? Thanks.

Just added my name to secondary list...but no interviews yet! the only thing i can say is at least the UC schools are not out to make quick bucks by requesting secondaries from just any applicant! And oh yeah, i didnt bother return the secondary application for loma linda...after reading it, i dont think i'd be happy there...i dont think i can live with their strict rules!

Yikes ... I just looked at my UCLA status page and my interview is "scheduled." Wow, they are quick. I snail mailed my available dates to them on Friday.

I wish they could put the interview date on the status page so that I don't have to wait for the snail mail to come. 🙂 I wonder when it is!

oh..i guess i haven't been complete for that long...i was complete on 8/30....although secondary was submitted on 8/16 and they received the letters on 8/17. I don't know why it took my file nearly two weeks to get the "complete" status.

If I get into a Cali school, I'm going to one. Have you guys heard of stories of ppl not getting into any Cali school but getting into ivy leagues? I'm not sure I should even bother b/c it's October! Some of these schools aren't rolling so that helps.

I feel very sad today.

Since some of the Ivy's don't require essays and all of them do not screen, it is not too late to add. You can still beat out the August MCATers if u do it quickly.

Good luck and hope everything works out for you. You got some great interviews already, so I wouldn't rule out any Ivy's.,

i'm not sure if the status page actually changes for interviews (i got put on hold though 🙁 - through snail mail and it still just says app complete). i think if you get interviews you get an email. good luck!

Yes, your status page changes, but you also get an e-mail.
