Case Presentation examples

Hey med students,

A couple of quick questions. I am helping my school create a database of patient presentations. It will include a variety of specialties, types of presentations, length, etc.

I am wondering if:

1. The school you attend has any type of database or archive of case presentations (even if it's no, I'd like to hear what school you attend).
2. If yes, what is good about it and what can be improved?
3. Do you use any outside resources to improve your patient presentation skills?
