Count as leadership?

I have been coaching a youth flag football and basketball team for almost two years now. Is this something that I could mark as leadership or could I only count it as volunteer? Thanks

Coaching a youth team is not peer leadership. I suggest tagging it as either Teaching or Volunteer/Community Service.

It could be leadership if you had others working for you, or if you were the league organizer.
