Being based in NY, I get many orthodox jewish applicants who all but limit their medical school application to Einsten, Touro , and the Israeli schools. I have had occasionally applicants who get accepted to regular US MD schools but choose Sackler so they can live in Israel.

That is dedication to Israel. I really think Sackler is a good option if you arent set on the god tier(in terms of competitiveness) specialties but there is no way I would pick it over US MD.
