I had an interview at NYU a month ago and i called them yesterday to ask when I would get a letter of acceptance or rejection. And they said I would get it by mid of December.

Hmm, looks like the all important ~Dec. 1 date is not set in stone.

the dec 1st agreement is set up between aadsas and the dental schools. it is the earliest date the schools are permitted to accept students, but by no means does it mean they HAVE to start accepting at that date. that is left up to the individual school's discretion.
