Different Forms for the Test?

I know people get different forms of the test, but are they the same questions just in a different order, or is it altogether a different set of passages? If so, how can you get a common scale for so many different forms?

It's my understanding that they are completely different passages.

I'm not sure what methodology they use to get the scale scores in this case but it is possible.

Im pretty sure you are scaled amongst your own form then scaled along with the entire testing population.
