What old tests? They actually let us study the current test 2 days before we take it. People seem to do well here.

That's why I get such good grades. I get the current test 3 days before b/c I am such a good spooner. I've also heard that I am the laugh track for Dr Yoho.

Heck, I got the answers for part I of the boards a week before the test. I only gave them to the people I liked though. I don't know how everyone passed?????

I got this year's test in February and mailed in my answers a few weeks ago so I'm all done.

I would like to point out that I started the greatest thread of all time. Thank you, thank you. Josh no no I don't need any award. Well okay if you'd like to give me the IPMSA student of the decade. Jon no I don't need a back rub. Rob get your hands out of my pants. This is getting weird, forget I brought it up.

I saw the same thing. Not a bad idea.

Just want to let you guys know that I got a private message today from one of the moderators. They said that they are more than willing to included a link to the pre-podiatry forum in the pre-medical area. This will really upset our "friendly" counterparts.

I think it only makes sense. These are all pre-med students and it will give them an opportunity to see their many different options as far as the medical field is concerned.

good this is a step in the right direction!

So I checked out our friend Bill's posts, this guy claims to be a med student but I think he's just a lonely turd that has nothing else to do. His first posts he went into the dental forum and insulted them, then in the chiropractic, and finally here. He does not have one post that doesn't insult someone. His only post in the allopathic medical student forum was to tell this guy basically that he didn't believe a word he said. Besides that this guy has never posted jack that makes me think that he is a really med student; he must have a very sad life.

Do chiros have a forum on SDN?

In the area of Medical Backgrounds there is a forum called clinicians. It is for RN, PTs, PAs, NPs. It isn't specifically for chiropractors but there are posts on the subject. This is why I think this guy maybe a nurse but I don't think he attends a medical school.

But this is how hard this guy looks to cause trouble. He must comb every forum looking to be an @ss.

Do you have to look to be an a$$? I thought it was more of an inate quality. I'd hate to think that this guy works hard at it. That would be even more sad.

P.S. - I hope you all don't mind that I infiltrate your thread every now and again. 😉

Krabmas, You are more than welcome in the 3rd row, all of the CPMS posters know that you dream about moving to Des Moines to join us. 😀

Is Iowa one of those states where your mother's your sister and your father is your brother? (son in law - a classic Pauly shore movie)

Feelgood you should be studying lower limb, slacker. Regardless I know I don't post much, but I noticed our good friend billclinton has so much free time to burn he has now taken it upon himself to answer the questions of students in the pre-podiatry forum. Personally, I am not sure he is the best representative of the profession and I know he doesn't have any idea what a podiatric medical education entails. Anyway check out his posts he has some pretty hilarious comments, "I am new to these forums". meanwhile 50+ posts later.

Represent the profession? He couldn't MC a dog show, let alone do something medically related. He couldn't give advice to air, as to how to get out of a paper bag.

I have to admit, his ignorance is entertaining. I dont think he is serious about what he says. Just wants to stir up a little debate.

So right about now you 08er's or taking your lower limb written final exam. Any people planning on attending Camp Khan? I don't think it exists so you'd better all pass!

OK, so right NOW you're taking it! What are you guys up to for spring break? I myself will be in the sunny state of Iowa at the DMU clinic, as well as the VA. I will also be enjoying a fun-filled day of oral and written examinations for my infectious disease PBL.
True Story: I scrubbed a case yesterday on a 19 year old. He was under a MAC Local so he was still coherent. This dude would not shut up. He started talking about the crazy crap he had done for spring break. Anyway, we got sick of him talking so the anesthesiologist knocked him out!

I just totally jacked up the patho test. I think that it is ridiuculous taking it on the computers. Why are we always the test subjects? Did you guys have trouble with that class? I have talked to quite a few people that did not pass it either. What is the word old wise second and third years?

Get used to being "test subjects". We got jacked last year and this year with changes. The 07s had it easy. Otherwise JonWill would be an NYCPM transfer student. Dont feel bad though, path just bites all around.

I am in a serious hole. But hopefully they give some points back. I sure could use some so I am not failing haha. How much did you guys get back last year? Maybe I just need some old tests.

Ya, we were always getting worked over by Knuessel, Terry, and Meetz. Any test where they had a lot of questions, you just knew you were going to get screwed.
Classes will change from year to year as they try and improve things (although often, they make things worse). Our claim to fame was the 4 test physio class that killed everyone. The one thing that will never change though is that pathology will always suck!

I think pathology would be great if it wasn't taught by pathologists  Damn lab nerds need to go back to their microscopes.

Giving questions back???? Yeah, thats a good one. Especially in path. Good luck.

What do you mean? We got 13 questions thrown out in the 2nd path exam. Did you find out your results right away? I didn't know if he computer grades them as you go or how tha worked.

Oh ya, as soon as you hit exit it exam the screen flashers congrats you are a big loser who is going to fail pathology. It does grade it right off of the bat. I was talking to someone who couldn't get theirs to finish and Matz came over and helped em and stayed to watch the 60 percent pop up
