Whatever I am posting, is in my defense. May be other SDNers should try not to provoke fellow SDNers, calling them liar. If Dr. Kicia lacks basic understanding of applying to various programs may be she should excuse her self and try not to be a legal analyst of my stats. FYI, it take equal amount of work and time and money to apply for pharmacy program and DO program, and getting accepted in both. So, thanks Dr. Kicia for sifting through my threads and bringing my pharmacy program stats in front of SDNers. By the way i don't know what could you have possibly achieved by doing that, I am already accepted in my first choice school in DO program. So, you can guess my med school stats.

P.S: Someone just told me if you step on crap, you get splashed with crap, so I am going to refrain myslef from posting further on here.
 
😱 😕 :scared: SOMEONE LOCK THIS THREAD PLEASE!!!! What happened here?!?! It wasn't that bad this morning and then I got home and there were three pages of insanity!!!! Everyone be nice! We all are going to be doctors and we all know better than to act this way. We are entitled to our own beliefs and opinions and should be able to repsect each other for our differences. One of the things that I have always been proud of as a pre-osteopathic student was that everyone here on the pre-osteo thread was so supportive and considerate of each other. Let's not change that. If I wanted to read this trash, there are plenty of other places on this forum that I could visit. So, be nice and hugs and coffee for everybody😍 😍

ATTN: For you astrology guys/gals just so you know the zodiac signs are all wrong for your birthdays, they cycle 1 over every 2000 years and they were suppose to "update" the astrological signs but chose to ignore it. So even if you think you are a Libra, Cancer, and whatever the others signs are, you are only correct when using the out-of-date system. This is in no way designed to upset, hurt, or anger anyone, I just felt you might want to know this in case you get asked this on an interview/game show.

Actually some people have been asked astronomy related questions on interviews, dont understand what that has to do with being a doctor. Its not like if you do not know the sun uses hydrogen for energy, you will not be a good doctor.

The basis of astrology is the position of the Sun, the Moon and the five naked eye planets against the patterns formed by the stars. These patterns are called Constellations, 88 total. The Sun, Moon and planets are all labelled as planets by astrologers. The constellations which intersect with the sun's path (eclliptic) around the earth over the course of one sideral year coincides with a given constellation during a certain time. Well it turns out the constellations which coincide with the sun's path shift every 2000 years due to the earth's change in precession (angle of its axis w/ respect to plane). The astrologers know about this, yet chose to ignore it and maintain an out-dated system. As the moon continues to move further from the earth eventually, longtime away, the earth will lose stability of its axis and become like Mars, tilting from 0 to 90 degrees. The effect will be extreme changes in climate, not to mention other things. But do not worry, we will be dead before that happens, so enjoy life. To quote my old biology textboook verbatem "The Sun will live for another 5 billion years and then it will explode. But do not worry over this and continue to study"

I am going to close this thread rather than move it for many reasons

In the future:

1) Do not make threads addressed to specific members or call out specific members with threads. If you need to contact a member specifically please use private messages

2) Please post threads in the most relevant forum, if it has nothing to do with pre-osteopathic then it does not belong here

3) Using symbols to bypass the profanity filter is still a violation of TOS

4) Attacking other members or harassing them is a violation of TOS

5) If a moderator does not respond to an obviously out-of-place thread or reported post, the next step is to private message an admin or mod who appears online
