I registered for my exam and took a date in October. Studies were gng smooth till I had a medical issue cus of which I haven't been able to study at all.this means that I'm totally not prepared for my attempt in the coming week. Can anyone please suggest if I should miss this attempt instead of failing it or just sit in the exam and get an idea . Will my failing affect my second attempt ? What shall I do ...

I would say postpone it. Purely because sitting through an exam for 7+ hours, under prepared....can be very demoralising and might put you off. However if you have the funds and the brain juice to give it a go and not get disheartened then you should go for it...you never know you might pass first time round 🙂 Good luck! x

bruh i passed the part 1 on first attempt and part 2 failed with 74 and it totally crushed my morale. i recommend delaying it and going in with full confidence.

failing it for the first time will only bring you morale down and frustrate you to the core......i failed in my first attempt and its been one year i still dont feel ready to give the exam yet......it has created this bad feeling in my mind that what if i black out in the exam and fail again......dont miss the attempt.....postpone it as much as you can till you are prepared to the best......postponing the exam is always better than failing....rest it wont affect your application much...it will.....but not that much......so dont be scared of failing.......not many people clear it in their first attempt but its always better to give your best shot......

I can't delay the exam cus I registered exactly 6months ago from oct meaning tht the exam can't be delayed any further ...the application expires in 6months so tht option I don't have.

The same thing happened to me. I applied in December and had until June to take it. January I had an accident and couldn't walk straight or sit for hours without immense pain and swelling so I had to send and email requesting an extension. They gave me a month extra, but I had to show hospital bills and such.
