Emergency Medicine PGY-2

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on good programs to pursue a PGY-2 in Emergency Medicine Pharmacy at. Personally, I've heard great things about Detroit, Grady, and Tampa, but what makes them great? Are there others? Thanks.

Things to look for: relationships with colleges of pharmacy - what's the teaching component?
Relationships with poison centers - what's the tox component?
How many ICU/out of ED rotations?

Detroit and UIC are the oldest programs, most of the others are offshoots/alumni from those, even if 3rd/4th degree.
